We set up a phone call to get to know you better. We will discuss budget, destination, interests and gather all the information needed to create your dream trip. Depending on your needs, planning fees will be discussed.

Let the planning begin! We will send a proposal and pricing via email. Depending on your trip scope, our turn-around time may be anywhere from 24 hours to 1 week.

Review and finalize. You will review our trip proposal and we will fine tune the details to make your dream trip come to life. Deposits and payments are processed and trip confirmations completed.

Off you go! Before departure, we send you a trip packet or invite to download your itinerary via our personalized app. You will have everything you need… your dream destination awaits!
